We are seeking a skilled IT Development and Support Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our growing portfolio of digital services. This involves ensuring that applications are built with minimal operational outages and security at the forefront. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications using modern frameworks and best-practice coding standards to deliver secure, high-quality, high-performance and resilient solutions.

You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement by keeping applications up to date through bug fixes, enhancements, and support for evolving business requirements. In addition, you will provide operational support for existing systems, working closely with the wider IT team to resolve issues and deliver code changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end applications using Azure services such as Azure App Services and Azure Function Apps.
  • Write clean, secure, and scalable code using C# .NET Core, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Build modular, reusable components to support multiple digital products.
  • Apply best practices for application architecture, performance optimisation, and secure coding.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to investigate and resolve bugs, performance issues, and service requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Developer Associate).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Computing Science or similar.
  • 5+ years of proven experience with C# .NET Core and T-SQL.
  • 4+ years Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • 1+ years of experience on Azure cloud services, including:
  • Azure App Services.
  • Azure Function Apps.
  • Azure B2C.
  • Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.
