Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support services to residents
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team under the direction of a registered nurse supervisor
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records regarding resident needs
  • Contribute to a safe and well-being environment for residents, colleagues, and visitors

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current nursing registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • International Nursing Qualifications recognized on application
