Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care and support services to residents
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team under the direction of a registered nurse supervisor
- Maintain accurate documentation and records regarding resident needs
- Contribute to a safe and well-being environment for residents, colleagues, and visitors
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Current nursing registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- International Nursing Qualifications recognized on application
