About the Role
The Senior Product Development Manager will lead product development initiatives, identify customer needs, and align strategies with our organisational goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands. You will collaborate with our specialist Technical Product Managers and provide expertise to our Sales Team to ensure we are providing the best advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the PVC category, setting clear objectives and reporting on performance across multiple teams.
  • Analyse product performance, onboard/offboard products as necessary, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement to enhance portfolio performance.
  • Provide technical expertise to sales teams for key customer projects and ensure that product literature and promotional materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Leverage market insights and customer feedback to drive innovative initiatives that align with our business strategy.

About You
  • Engineering qualifications and industry experience.
  • Exposure to pipelines, construction or water industries is essential for the success of this role.
  • Proficiency in portfolio analysis and optimisation techniques.
  • Track record of successfully developing and implementing new product initiatives or enhancements.
  • Product lifecycle management and knowledge of relevant strategies.
  • Market understanding and the ability to identify trends and product opportunities.
