Senior In-House Lawyer Position

A Legal Counsel position is available in a hybrid, permanent role.
- This role requires expertise across legal, regulatory, and commercial functions.
- The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent, admission to practice in Australia, and experience in-house with exposure to governance or company secretarial work.
Main responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice, drafting standard contracts and templates, managing disputes, delivering legal training, and supporting the Assistant Company Secretary.
A mid-senior level legal professional will be confident in their ability to assess risk quickly, communicate effectively, and lead with a problem-solving mindset.
