Job Title: IT Solutions Professional

We are seeking an IT Solutions Professional to join our team.

Description:

  • This is a role for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional IT solutions and support to end-users.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, configuration, and troubleshooting of office applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • You will also be responsible for printer and VOIP phone configuration and troubleshooting, as well as conference room A/V equipment assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Taking ownership of incidents and service requests raised by users in the ticket management system.
  • Reviewing and maintaining KB articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in onsite support.
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows 10 OS.
  • Good expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of VPN and mobile device support.
  • ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) and related activities such as spare and buffer stock management.
