- Develop and implement improvement programs from concept to execution, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Influence key stakeholders across business functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Leverage your expertise to create a sustainable continuous improvement program, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
Our Supply Chain is a critical element in delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on process optimization and modernization.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead value stream mapping and Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve process flow, ensuring consistent application of standards across all operational areas.
- Maintain and enhance analytical tools for the continuous improvement program, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and lead CI initiatives and programs for the voice of the floor, promoting employee engagement and empowerment.
- Monitor and report progress of CI activities throughout project implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster change management and CI across all Supply Chain sites, driving cultural transformation and sustained improvement.
