As a dedicated mentor and coach, you will play a vital role in empowering job seekers to achieve their full potential.

Working closely with participants who have secured employment, you will provide ongoing support and guidance to help them navigate workplace challenges and succeed.

Collaborating with employers is also a key aspect of this role, fostering positive working relationships that drive mutual benefit.

A strong background in employment services or related fields is highly advantageous, though not essential. A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.

Successful candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and trust with clients and employers alike.

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution are crucial, as well as providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of every client. Empathy, dignity, and respect are core values driving our work towards positive business outcomes.
