We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to our accountants and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a team of accountants, including title and company searches, lodgements of forms through the ASIC portal, and updating client and company information.
- Assist with annual company statements, applications for ABN, GST, and TFN's, and responding to emails.
- Manage job flow, follow up outstanding debts, and liaise with clients over the phone and via email.
- Collate documents and assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants.
- Experience within an accounting firm working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the ATO Portal and experience in lodging ASIC forms through online secretarial software.
- Strong time management skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
