The company is now looking to expand its team by hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a full-time experienced technician to join a well-established team of skilled professionals who prioritize open communication, reliability, and punctuality.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager, who has over a decade of experience, and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems.
    • Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment.
    • Conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.
    • Addressing mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems.
    • Carrying out maintenance and repairs.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2 + years or more as a HVAC Technician is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Able to take direction well and learn quickly on the job.
  • You must hold the following Licences: Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Refrigerant Handling (ARCtick) Licence, QLD Restricted Electrical Licence, Current QLD MANUAL Drivers Licence.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role ranges between $47/hour + Super, with average earnings between $100 - $140K + Super, depending on experience. This role offers huge earning potentials and opportunities for career growth and development.
