Woodworking Craftsman

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Woodworking Craftsman. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products while maintaining efficient production processes.

• Status monitoring and progress updates of Work-In-Progress (WIP)
• Productivity of team members to align with build schedules and sequences
• Capture and documentation of relevant changes in product and/or technical documentation
• Coordination of re-work/repair and highlighting causes of problems
• Assistance in the development of work instructions and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Providing assembly support as required to fill gaps and achieve target deliveries
• Training of new staff in accordance with build methodology, work instructions, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies
• Assistance in the development/upskilling of existing employees to ensure quality/skill set parameters are being met
• Quality checks on completed products in accordance with company policies and standards
• Staff allocation to optimize efficiency in production
• Ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order and meeting industry standards
• Encouragement and training of team members in maintaining good housekeeping practices

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
