A Rewarding Career OpportunityAs an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist with our diverse and multidisciplinary team, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. Our strong, close-knit team of driven healthcare professionals will support you, backed by a global corporate infrastructure.
Your duties will include:
- Effective case management, with manageable caseloads and access to Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
- Applying your clinical expertise to drive return-to-work outcomes
- Collaborating with employers and employees to design and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working closely with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Completing various assessments using your clinical skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field
- Full Membership with ASORC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to problem-solve and think critically
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
