Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
  • Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
  • Develop graduated return-to-work plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals
  • Case manage complex physical and psychological issues and coordinate with treating health professionals

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Registered Nurse
  • Full AHPRA or ESSA or ASORC Registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
