
Care Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of client services.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily rostering of care staff, ensuring that client service shifts are delivered with minimal disruption and according to clients' care plans. This includes overseeing high volumes of daily rosters, responding promptly to roster-related queries, and collaborating with management to optimize rostering processes.
You will also lead and coordinate day-to-day team tasks, promoting efficiencies to support the team to respond and action service requests quickly. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative and positive working relationship between the rostering team and program coordinators to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily rostering of care staff
- Oversee high volumes of daily rosters
- Respond promptly to roster-related queries

- Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship between teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role supervising and leading a team
- Experience in the aged care industry or community services
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Advanced organisational/time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks

- $80,000 - $85,000 per year
