About Our Swimwear Design Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Designer – Swimwear to join our team. As part of this exciting role, you will support our design team in crafting innovative swimwear that reflects our brand's values and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Support & Development: Assist in designing seasonal swimwear ranges, focusing on trend, colour, fit, fabric, and styling.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Develop a strong understanding of customer segmentation and global market needs, researching trends and refining fit and function for the beach and surf lifestyle.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with our design teams, collaborating with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product excellence.

Creative Direction & Graphics

Support the approval and development of graphics, artworks, and trims in collaboration with our Art & Graphics team, ensuring our seasonal creative direction is reflected across all women's swimwear products.
