- Setting high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participating in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Forming partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry, and business.
- Being futures-oriented and strategic.
- Understanding legislation and policies impacting schooling.
- Managing resources to achieve goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the wider community.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Mentoring and coaching teachers to enhance their practice.
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence within the school.
- Providing guidance and support to teachers and students alike.
