Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Delivery Manager to join our team in Victoria. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working on Victoria's new High-Capacity Metro Trains (HCMT).
The Maintenance Delivery Manager is responsible for leading maintenance on the HCMT fleet. Working a flexible 24/7 roster, you will provide frontline planning, technical supervision, and support to the multi-skilled workforce to ensure the maintenance targets are met. The position will also carry out special projects to improve efficiency in the depot and around the network.
About You
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering or related disciplines.
- Significant experience in a rolling stock maintenance/operational environment.
- Significant leadership experience, driving a high-performing accountable workforce.
- Proven experience in the maintenance planning & scheduling management.
- Demonstrable application of LEAN methodologies.
- Ability to create innovative solutions, implement change, and initiatives.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and how to drive it.
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
