Retail Leadership Trainee

We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience and grow into a leadership position.

As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team, delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, driving key performance indicators and creating a high-performing team culture.

This role combines structured learning with real-time coaching and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away. You'll have the chance to achieve personal sales targets, guide the team to meet store goals and champion our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, performance and jewellery. You should be able to lead from the front, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and inspire a team. Key requirements include 1-3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience, experience in a team leadership or supervisory capacity and a strong sense of accountability, professionalism and personal pride.
