About Ballarat Cardiology
Ballarat Cardiology is a leading provider of private cardiac care in Western Victoria. Established in 2012, the practice has grown into a progressive and collaborative team of cardiologists and support staff.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for driving operations and empowering the team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will autonomously manage a team of support staff and develop specialist skills and experience in relationship management, finance management, and general operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously lead, manage, and develop a team of support staff
- Workflow management; ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement to deliver on business objectives
- High-quality relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Financial management; track financial performance, prepare financial reports, and maintain financial records
- Business planning; determine future goals and objectives in consultation with the Directors
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with Government legislation and regulation
- Demonstrate positive leadership behaviours in accordance with Ballarat Cardiology values
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership and management role within a professional services setting
- Outstanding relationship management skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
