About the Territory Manager Role

As a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory across Cairns and surrounding areas.

You will develop strong, trust-based relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, and residential builders, identify new business opportunities, and convert leads into long-term customers.

  • Develop and grow a defined territory across Cairns and surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, and residential builders
  • Identify new business prospects and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Demonstrate products and provide training sessions to customers and partners
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline and report on performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming residential projects in the area
  • Represent the company at trade events, customer days, and industry functions
  • Travel regionally a few days each month to maintain visibility and support across your territory
