Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Community, Events and In-Store Growth Lead.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in event production, in-store acquisition, social content creation, member communication, and partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive growth through community engagement, events, and in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Production: Develop and implement a year-round program of meet the makers and masterclasses for members, including winemaker or partner takeovers.
  • In-Store Acquisition: Create friction-free sign-up moments and coach the floor team on our 60-second value pitch, tracking and improving the foot-traffic → member funnel.
  • Social Content & Community: Capture behind-the-scenes stories and short-form videos every week, and dream up fun in-store social competitions.
  • Member Comms: Own event invites, reminders, and follow-ups using company comms tools, sharing insights with the wider team.
  • Partnerships & PR: Land collaborative events with complementary brands and feed the best stories and visuals to media outlets and influencers.
