Job Title: Printer Technician

We are seeking a skilled individual to manage the refurbishment, relabeling, and quality control of high-value printer equipment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in printers, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

This position involves refurbishing used and returned printers to manufacturer or client standards. It also requires diagnosing and performing basic hardware repairs and component replacements, as well as relabeling and repackaging refurbished units for redistribution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Refurbish used and returned printers to manufacturer or client standards
  • Diagnose and perform basic hardware repairs and component replacements
  • Relabel and repackage refurbished units for redistribution
  • Maintain accurate records of refurbishment processes and outcomes
  • Conduct quality control inspections before dispatch
  • Ensure workstations and equipment are clean, safe, and organized
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth product flow
Requirements:
  • Proven experience repairing or refurbishing printers (HP, Canon, Brother, etc.)
  • Understanding of printer hardware and software components
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when relabeling and packaging units
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment
  • Basic computer skills for logging service reports and inventory updates
  • Willingness to undergo a police check
  • Availability for an immediate start
