Dynamic Maternity Care Professional

As a seasoned maternity care professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant post-natal ward with a dedicated team of midwives and obstetricians.

We are seeking full-time and part-time professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional patient care and experience working in a similar role.

The successful candidate will work closely with our highly trained neonatal nurses and midwives to provide world-class maternity care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based care and provide an exceptional patient experience to women and their families.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Supervise, direct and guide midwifery/nursing team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current Midwifery Registration with AHPRA.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with Special Care Nursery experience advantageous.
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
