Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based intervention strategies to support clients' goals and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement restrictive practices that promote client safety and well-being.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive behaviour support plans that align with Disability Services Standards, NDIS requirements, and other relevant legislative frameworks.
Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated passion for working with individuals with disabilities and experience in positive behaviour support, applied behaviour analysis, or a related field.
  • NDIS Workers Disability Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, WWCC, and COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption) essential.
