Sales Growth Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Site Account Manager to join our team. As a Site Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting sales opportunities, working closely with customers to provide process improvement on specific applications, and liaising with sales, product support and product management to establish testing procedures, matrices, and follow-up reporting.
You will achieve agreed sales/revenue targets, provide expert technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders, report and record competitor installed base and report findings, and travel domestically and internationally as required.
Your Key Responsibilities- Achieve agreed sales/revenue targets
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the customer to provide process improvement on specific applications
- Liaise with sales, product support and product management to establish testing procedures, matrices, and follow-up reporting
- Report and record competitor installed base and report findings
- Domestic (and occasional international) travel as required
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position and within a relatable industry. Minimum 3 years
- Ability to make quality decisions based on information and data
- Demonstrates knowledge of customers business
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Passionate attitude regarding building strong, effective, long-term relationships with customers
- Exceptional time management and prioritizations skills
- Ability to develop detailed reports
- Ability to function effectively in both a local and a multicultural work environment
- Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously

The estimated annual salary for this role is between AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package will also be provided.
