About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance. You will also be required to assist with medication management, meal preparation, and domestic tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a vital role in promoting social inclusion and community participation among our clients. This may involve accompanying them on outings, engaging in conversations, and providing emotional support when needed.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable.
  • Relevant experience working in a home care or community setting is also highly desirable.
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle are essential.
  • You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
