About the Role

The College Timetabler is a key position responsible for creating and implementing the College timetable, ensuring it aligns with the College's curriculum directions and priorities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the Timetable Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the College timetable, taking into account curriculum requirements and priorities.
  • Manage the timetabling software package for the Bundoora and Preston campuses.
  • Collaborate with the Timetable Management Team to ensure a smooth and efficient timetabling process.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff and students regarding timetabling-related matters.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the College's Strategic Plan and priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of College programs and activities.
  • Understanding of regulatory and system-level requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
