Senior Financial Advisor Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial advisor to lead our business advisory and compliance services. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for career-driven individuals to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert taxation and business guidance to clients through thorough research and analysis.
  • Manage complex compliance responsibilities, including payroll tax, land tax, fringe benefit tax, stamp duty, and ASIC requirements.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and tax returns, ensuring strict compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Craft detailed client advice and address all client inquiries efficiently.
  • Achieve set performance metrics, including productivity, billing targets, debtors, WIP, and write-offs.
  • Take on project assignments aligned with overall business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements for Success:
  • Minimum four years of experience in a professional accounting practice in a business advisory role.
  • Strong grasp of compliance, coupled with a thirst for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Possess a curious mindset, actively seeking optimal solutions to benefit your team and clients.
  • Taking pride in work and embracing opportunities for training and mentorship.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
  • Self-driven, capable of working autonomously, and contributing innovative ideas to the team.
  • Pursuing or nearing completion of CA certification.
