Exceptional Dining Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. As an Exceptional Dining Experience Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an outstanding experience.

The Role

As the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, you will be tasked with leading a team of 5-6 hosts, managing the roster, achieving targets and maintaining positive staffing levels. You will also be responsible for venue presentation, ensuring it looks stunning at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational efficiency of the floor team and business as a whole, ensuring alignment with financial targets and cost control.
  • Manage the roster to achieve targets and maintain positive staffing levels.
  • Maintain the high standards of venue presentation, ensuring it always looks its best.
  • Drive 'upselling' across food and beverage teams.
  • Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and drive accountability.
  • Conduct regular meetings with managers and supervisors to discuss KPIs.
  • Manage weekly wage and revenue forecast versus actuals on a daily basis.
  • Approve all staff timesheets/payroll prior to COB Sunday.
  • Foster a healthy relationship between all employees, driving culture forward.
  • Nurture strong relationships with the kitchen leadership and team.
