Goodstart Early Learning is a leading provider of early childhood education in Australia. Our mission is to improve the lives of Australian children and their families by providing high-quality learning experiences.

**Salary:** $28-$35 per hour (casual rate) with additional leave loading allowance.

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Onkaparinga Rise in Hackham SA. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will also have a demonstrated commitment to child safety and well-being, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engaging and supervising children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

You will work collaboratively with the centre team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational program that meets the needs of all children. You will also be required to comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Australian Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA) approved qualification (or working towards)
  • Availability to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday
  • Ability to travel between other local services
