We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team and bring this exciting project to life from the ground up.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in cocktail bars or late-night venues and a strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and bar trends.

  • Design and execute a creative drinks program that defines the venue's identity
  • Lead daily bar operations with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate team to deliver standout service
  • Drive a positive, performance-driven culture that values fun and professionalism
  • Manage stock, ordering, and cost controls to keep the business strong
  • Collaborate with theatre and events teams to create memorable guest experiences
