Job Summary:
The People and Culture Office is seeking an accomplished Electrician with leadership experience to join our team as an Electrical Supervisor / Gas Fitter. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small team of electricians and gas fitters in a niche industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team of electricians and gas fitters to ensure successful project completion and schedule adherence.
- Manage projects onsite to ensure work meets statutory, company, and WHS standards.
- Repair, maintain, and service industrial and commercial oil and gas fired appliances.
- Install and maintain servicing of natural gas and LPG supply pipework.
- Inspect and maintain steam boilers.
- Install, commission, and service gas engine power generators.
- Perform electrical contracting tasks.
Requirements:
- WA registered Electricians Licence.
- Instrumentation experience.
- Proven ability to effectively lead, develop, and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated experience in mining and industrial applications.
- A positive safety focus.
- High attention to detail and work quality.
- Ability to meet site access medical and criminal history checks.
