Food and Beverage Service Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Banquets team as a Food and Beverage Service Expert.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role:

This role involves providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a variety of settings, including banquets, events, and room service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the service are executed to a high standard, including managing orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage orders and serve food and drinks to guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
