About the Role

As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching Optometrists, Optical Dispensers, and Retail Assistants to achieve key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge, a proven track record in team leadership, and the ability to balance performance with people development.
