Essential Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of social media personal and corporate uses and experience in online marketing.
  • Language Skills: Have a solid understanding of the English and Chinese languages, including grammar, composition, and vocabulary.
Key Tasks
  • Conduct customer research, evaluate market conditions, and analyze competitor data.
  • Support the marketing department by creating and scheduling website content.
  • Work with the marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure project completion.
  • Plan and administer the marketing budget.
  • Input in corporate advertising and maintain relationships with media and industry publication contacts.
  • Oversee copywriting, design, layout, and production of promotional materials.
  • Develop a social media plan within the marketing strategy.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media developments and inform the internal team accordingly.
  • Conduct social media monitoring and analysis.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports.
  • Manage the WeChat accounts.
