This job provides day-to-day personal care and assistance that allows residents to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with our experienced care team, contributing to a supportive, respectful, and positive environment.

• Deliver compassionate personal care and daily living support
• Assist with meals, hydration, and general care routines
• Accurately record observations and share updates with the nursing team
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
• Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Excellent communication skills and a caring nature
• Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
