Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve internal audit processes and systems.
  3. Contributing to the development of the annual internal audit plan.
  4. Building and maintaining knowledge of the business and providing customer-focused support to internal audit clients.
  5. Developing and implementing data mining techniques to identify exceptions and trends.
  6. Preparing reports for management and the Audit and Risk Committee.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role driving excellence as an internal auditor.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Experience working in a large tier 1 corporate firm or leading CA firm.
