Greencross Vets is seeking a highly motivated and experienced veterinary professional to join our team as a Medical Oncology Specialist Intern. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with our experienced medical oncologists and surgical specialists in a state-of-the-art hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in daily rounds and weekly journal club or case presentations
- Contribute to the development of a published work during the internship
- Work towards completion of an ANZCVS membership examination
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Eligibility for veterinary registration in QLD
- Current radiation licence
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
- Strong knowledge base in medical oncology
- 4 weeks of annual leave
- 1 week of study leave with a CE allowance
- Opportunity to work in a busy and friendly referral hospital
- Option to extend the internship to 18 months
