Senior Clinical Nurse Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join our team, based in Port Macquarie. The CNC will be responsible for providing expert clinical support and advice on appropriate treatment and access to specialist referral pathways.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level clinical support and guidance to clinicians on nursing care and decision-making through virtual modalities.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote safe patient care progression and timely outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience and postgraduate qualifications.
- A well-developed understanding of virtual care and demonstrated capacity to provide clinical governance and leadership.
