Case Manager Position Overview

This role plays a vital part in ensuring Aboriginal clients receive respectful and effective support on their path to safety and wellbeing.

  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing safety plans
  • Providing culturally appropriate court support across the region
  • Managing cases and coordinating services to ensure wraparound support
  • Advocating for clients' rights and access to appropriate services and resources
Key Responsibilities:

The Case Manager will work closely with individuals and communities to provide holistic care that promotes healing, safety, and empowerment.

Key skills required include strong communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking, and a willingness to learn and collaborate as an individual and team member.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification is required for this position.

Strong understanding of cultural competency, trauma-informed practice, and client-centered approach is necessary for success in this role.
