About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Artist to join our dynamic Creative Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional email communications, website and app content, and a broad range of digital content for our customer and team member audiences on varied platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting visually appealing and engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a busy studio, agency, or in-house with high-volume digital channels
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe CS suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Animate
  • Familiarity with HTML 5 for digital display banners and experience incorporating UX/UI requirements onto coded HTML-responsive and deployment-ready emails
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in large teams managing multiple stakeholders
