Speech Pathologist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team.

  • You will have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills in supporting adults and children with various presentations.
  • A comprehensive induction program includes 12 weeks of intensive training with our Therapy Manager and Team Leaders to ensure you understand how to help clients achieve their goals.
  • A reduced caseload for your first three months allows you to familiarize yourself with our team and processes.
  • Regular professional development opportunities, including quarterly sessions with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organization.
  • Monthly coaching from experienced Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career aspirations.
  • An allocated buddy to support you throughout your induction and beyond.
  • Frequent clinical supervision in a safe and supportive environment from an experienced Speech Pathologist for your initial four months, progressing to fortnightly and monthly as you develop your skills.
  • Regular catch-ups and training with your new graduate team.
  • The opportunity to observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions.
