Truck Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials\
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments, including delivery times and any issues encountered during transport\
  • Inspecting vehicles regularly to ensure they are in good working condition\
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise\
  • Safely loading and unloading cargo from the truck\
  • Following all traffic laws and regulations to prevent accidents and damage to property\
  • Reporting any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the management team in a timely manner\
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as transportation, logistics, and safety protocols\\-

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in driving a tractor-trailer combination\
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record\
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods\
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications related to transportation and logistics\
  • Willingness to undergo regular background checks and drug screenings\-
