Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver

We are seeking experienced drivers to operate heavy goods vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the transportation industry and be able to work flexible hours, including afternoons and occasional weekends during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving safely and efficiently to ensure a secure environment for passengers and other road users
  • Maintaining a strong focus on vision zero
  • Completing deliveries to local businesses
  • Accurately collecting and completing required documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing our company professionally
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Heavy Goods Vehicle license
  • Minimum 2 years recent or previous experience in a similar role
  • Manual handling experience with a focus on efficiency and safety
  • Pallet jack experience
  • Load restraint experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
