The Role

Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of our services. We offer around-the-clock care with visits scheduled at various times to ensure support is available when it is needed most.

Responsibilities
  • Provide premium care experiences that are genuine, compassionate, and personalized.
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Conduct nursing assessments.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Community nursing experience is an advantage.
  • Subacute and disability experience is highly valued.
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Ability to redirect or de-escalate behaviors.
  • Diabetes management expertise is essential.
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage.
  • Leadership experience is desirable.

  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Approval.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
