Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at HiTech Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting program managers and project managers in the development, review, management, and dissemination of program and project artefacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the program's scope, schedule, financials, stakeholders, and desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate program managers and project managers with updating records to reflect the status of the program and its projects.
  • Maintain strong records management practices to ensure compliance with organisational policies and standards.
  • Evaluate and coordinate program managers and project managers with updating records to reflect the status of the program and its projects.
Requirements
  • High performance in supporting complex ICT programs and projects as a project coordinator, project support officer, or in a similar role within government and/or large enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail including proven experience in providing secretariat services to senior executive boards.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation including the ability to effectively engage at all levels of an organisation, develop professional networks, and build strong working relationships.
  • Immense experience in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating program and project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, communication materials and documentation to support governance committees.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs and projects using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Competent in utilising Azure DevOps for task management, ensuring efficient tracking and delivery of project milestones.
