Your Role as Project Co-ordinator and Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Integration Project Planner & Coordinator. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution across all workstreams, driving revenue growth through successful integrations.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive integration plan, working closely with workstream leads to create detailed plans tailored to each area. By identifying potential delivery risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies, you will ensure activities align across workstreams, resulting in a cohesive and efficient process.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting workstreams with analysis and handling ad-hoc requests
  • Assisting in implementing programme governance frameworks
  • Maintaining project tracking tools and updating the programme RAID log
  • Preparing and coordinating materials for Steering Group meetings
  • Organising project meetings and workshops, setting agendas, and producing detailed minutes
  • Developing key content for integration-related communications to keep stakeholders informed
