Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting multi-disciplinary projects by providing quality assurance expertise. This will involve collaborating with leadership, operations, and project delivery teams to enhance quality across the business and ensure client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Influence: Provide visible and consistent leadership in quality assurance across the business, engaging with leaders, key project roles, and employees at all levels.
  • Client Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional client service by providing business quality insights, facilitating root cause and improvement workshops, and providing support to the ANZ Quality Manager as needed.
  • Business Measurement and Improvement: Reliably perform, report, and close-out internal quality audits. Suggest, influence, and drive business improvements to ensure ongoing relevance of quality system requirements and documentation, supporting continued organization growth and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key functional stakeholders to ensure clarity on internal project delivery requirements, especially those related to ISO 9001.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep Knowledge and Proven Experience: In a Business Management System, preferably ISO 9001.
  • Visible Leadership: In quality assurance, ensuring compliance with Jacobs' Business Management System (BMS) and Australian and International standards.
  • Outstanding Client Service: Supporting quality management standards and driving business improvements.
  • Influencing and Driving Business Improvements: Collaborating effectively with key functional stakeholders and mentoring staff at all levels.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
