**Job Title:** Casual Enrolled Nurse
The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network are currently seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join their team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Nurse/Midwife team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver compassionate and effective nursing care to patients, following established standards.
- Perform patient assessments and assist in developing care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and treatment progress.
- Educate patients on health conditions and self-care strategies.
- Support healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in providing nursing care in healthcare settings, adhering to the highest standards of practice.
- Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to support efficient documentation and communication.
