AI Systems Engineer

This is a highly collaborative role that requires working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered systems.



Key Responsibilities
  • Co-Design & Build: Partner with department leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and develop internal tools and workflows.
  • Implement Solutions: Lead hands-on development of internal tools and workflows using modern stacks like N8N and the Google Cloud Platform.
  • Execute Projects: Develop and execute key projects, such as shipping a knowledge retrieval platform and automations workflow.
  • Develop APIs & Integrations: Build and maintain API connections for seamless data sharing between internal systems.
  • Manage Infrastructure: Deploy and manage AI and automation services on Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI and vector databases.
  • Collaborate & Support: Act as a technical expert and partner to the Core Product Engineering team, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and well-integrated.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A Passion for Enablement: Genuine interest in making others' work-lives better and understanding internal business processes.
  • Collaborative Mindset: History of working effectively with other engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • AI and Technical Curiosity: Proven experience building workflows and exploring new tools, with an understanding of LLM and agentic orchestration architecture.
