Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Utilize JMS for all procurement and job raising to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in the planning, development, implementation, and support of operational activities to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to ensure effective communication and data management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective client interaction.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Previous experience in service or maintenance coordination to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Knowledge of spare parts inventory management to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Previous experience in customer contact to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Previous experience in the boiler industry to ensure in-depth knowledge and expertise.
